By using the website, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the website.
Paid services are also governed by the specific agreements and information shown when you enquire, book or purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Website: https://www.stevelinney.com/
In these terms, I, me and my refer to Steve Linney. You refers to the person using the website.
The website may include content and services concerning:
Not every part of the website is a commercial service.
Some content is offered freely for information, reflection, listening or general interest.
These website terms don’t replace the specific agreement governing paid work.
Paid services may be subject to separate terms:
If these website terms conflict with a specific written agreement for a paid service, the specific agreement will normally take priority for that service.
Paid coaching is booked through CoachAccountable and payments are processed through Stripe.
The current coaching routes are described on the coaching and booking pages.
The coaching agreement explains:
You must read and accept the coaching agreement before paid coaching begins.
A coaching relationship begins only after the required agreement, onboarding, booking and payment process has been completed.
The optional free 30-minute Let’s talk it through conversation is booked through Calendly.
It provides an opportunity to ask questions and get a clearer sense of how coaching works.
It isn’t a coaching session and doesn’t create an ongoing coaching relationship.
Neither of us is obliged to begin a paid coaching relationship following the conversation.
The general website may be viewed by people under 18.
Paid coaching and psychedelic preparation + integration services are available only to adults aged 18 or over.
Digital products and other resources may carry their own age or suitability guidance where appropriate.
Website content is provided for general information, education and reflection.
Reading an article, watching a video, listening to audio or completing a reflective exercise doesn’t create a coaching relationship.
Unless a separate professional agreement says otherwise, website content isn’t:
You’re responsible for deciding whether any content or practice is appropriate for your circumstances.
If you’re experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service where you are.
Content about coaching describes the nature of the work and may help you decide whether to explore it.
It doesn’t promise a particular result.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including the client’s circumstances, participation, decisions and wider support.
General coaching content shouldn’t be treated as a personal assessment or recommendation.
Content concerning psychedelics, plant medicine, ceremony or non-ordinary experience is provided for reflection, harm awareness and integration-related education.
It doesn’t:
Laws concerning psychedelics vary between countries and may change. You’re responsible for understanding the law that applies where you are.
Psychedelic preparation + integration coaching is limited to the scope described in the coaching agreement.
The psychedelic experience itself isn’t part of the service.
Binaural beats, meditation, guided audio and sound-based resources are offered as supportive listening and reflective practices.
They aren’t medical treatments. No claim is made that they diagnose, prevent, treat or cure a health condition.
When using audio content:
You remain responsible for how and where you use the content.
Any movement, breathing or embodied practice described on the website is general information rather than personal instruction.
Work within your own physical limits and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or distress.
Seek medical or appropriately qualified professional advice if you have an injury, health condition, pregnancy-related concern or uncertainty about whether a practice is suitable.
I take reasonable care when creating and maintaining the website.
However:
I may correct, update, remove or reorganise content when necessary.
If you notice a significant error, contact coaching@stevelinney.com.
Some content draws on personal experience, including meditation, fasting, cold water, psychedelics, career change, identity and health.
A personal account isn’t evidence that the same practice will be safe, useful or effective for someone else.
It shouldn’t be treated as an instruction or recommendation to follow the same path.
Testimonials, feedback and examples describe individual experiences.
They don’t guarantee that another person will experience the same outcome.
Where an example has been anonymised, adapted or combined to protect confidentiality, it will be handled responsibly and won’t knowingly be presented in a misleading way.
Unless otherwise stated, original website content belongs to Steve Linney or is used with appropriate permission.
This may include:
Copyright protection arises automatically. These terms don’t transfer ownership to you.

Nothing in this section prevents a use expressly permitted by applicable copyright law.
DJ mixes may contain recordings, compositions and performances owned or controlled by artists, labels, publishers and other rights holders.
I don’t claim ownership of third-party music simply because it appears within a mix.
A platform may host, limit, monetise, mute or remove a mix according to its licensing arrangements and terms.
You may listen through the authorised player or platform.
You may not extract, redistribute, sell or commercially use recordings from a mix.
References to artists, labels and tracks don’t imply endorsement or a commercial relationship unless this is stated.
The website may link to or use services including:
External services have their own terms, privacy practices and content standards.
A link doesn’t automatically mean that I endorse everything published by another website or accept responsibility for it.
I’m not responsible for the availability, security, content or accuracy of an independent third-party service.
Your use of CoachAccountable, Stripe and Calendly may also be subject to their applicable user-facing terms and privacy information.
You agree to provide accurate information when using a website form.

The website may offer paid digital products in the future, including:
The product page will provide the relevant description, price, format and delivery information before purchase.
Any technical requirements, age restrictions or material limitations should also be shown where relevant.
A digital resource is self-directed unless its description expressly includes personal coaching or another live service.
A digital-product contract is formed when:
You should check the product description and compatibility information before buying.
An automated acknowledgement that an order has been received doesn’t necessarily mean it has been accepted if an obvious pricing, availability or product-description error has occurred.
If I cancel an order because of an obvious error, any payment taken will be refunded.
Digital products may be delivered through:
You’re responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining a device, connection and software capable of using the stated format.

Consumers who purchase digital content online will normally have a 14-day cancellation period.
Digital content may be supplied during that period when you:
Where immediate access is offered, the checkout should request this consent and acknowledgement separately.
If you don’t provide the required consent, delivery may be delayed until the cancellation period has ended.
This doesn’t affect your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
A change-of-mind refund won’t normally be available after digital supply has begun with the express consent and acknowledgement described above.
A refund, repair, replacement or other remedy may still be available where required by consumer law, including where the digital content:
Contact coaching@stevelinney.com with your order information and a description of the problem.

You may make reasonable personal backup copies.

The website doesn’t currently rely on affiliate links, sponsorships or gifted-product recommendations.
If a commercial relationship is introduced, it will be identified clearly and prominently where relevant.
Payment, commission or a free product won’t be concealed in a way that could mislead visitors about the nature of a recommendation.
You must not:
I may block access or take appropriate action where misuse is reasonably suspected.
I aim to keep the website available, but uninterrupted access can’t be guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
I may change, suspend or remove pages, features and free resources without notice.
Where a paid product or service is affected, the relevant consumer rights and specific agreement will continue to apply.

You’re responsible for protecting your device, connection and account credentials used with third-party services.
Please report a suspected website-security problem privately to coaching@stevelinney.com rather than publishing details that could increase the risk.
You’re responsible for:
This doesn’t remove any responsibility that the law places on me.

Changes won’t retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase or separate agreement.
A material change to an ongoing paid service will be handled through the agreement governing that service.
If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can reasonably do so.
If I don’t enforce a provision immediately, that doesn’t automatically mean it has been permanently waived.
